We welcome all major credit cards, and you may also pay with PayPal. Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order.
Wee Society is based in California, so we must charge California Sales Tax on orders shipped to destinations in California.
International Duties & Taxes
All Wee Society products are shipped from the U.S. and may be subject to customs duties not included in the product price or our shipping and handling fee. You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Customs duties are set and collected by the government of the country where your order is delivered, not by Wee Society. We cannot discount or alter customs duties in any way or reimburse you for them. Duties and taxes vary by country, so please check your local regulations to calculate.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days, except when the shop is closed from December 21 - January 2; no orders will be processed during that time. Most products are shipped through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail; some domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Domestic orders usually arrive a couple of days after they're shipped. If you'd like to pay extra for speedier delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll do our best. International customers, please note that it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery; however, most packages arrive in a week or two. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates due to potential unforeseen delays in Customs.
We want you to love your Wee Society purchase. So if you're not 100 percent happy with a non-personalized item for any reason, just email us at email@example.com. You may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the complete purchase price minus the nonrefundable cost of shipping, once we receive the item. We are unable to accept returns on personalized products.
Wrong or Damaged Items
We take special care to prepare and pack your items so they'll arrive to you in perfect condition. However, please do inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Wrong or damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll make it right.
